Version 5.4.13

06.11.2024

New features

  • Menhir: New types of interval data are supported: dominant frequencies and VSS 40312
  • Vibration measurements: The unit of an event table or event evaluations can be changed.

Changed functions

  • Menhir: Access to the web interface of a Menhir measurement device now functions more reliably and does not end unexpectedly. Previously there was a set timeout which can now be reset when in active use.
  • A size limit for reports and files has been introduced. Reports may not be larger than 512 MB, otherwise they can no longer be opened with Microsoft Word. When installing updates, reports that are larger than 512 MB will be deleted.
  • The way that milliseconds in timestamps are displayed in tables has been changed:
    Example: 12:03:30 350ms > 12:03:30,350

Fixed bugs

  • Vibration measurements: When displaying the trigger condition of vibration events, only one decimal place was ever displayed. The number of decimal places is now adjusted dynamically for smaller values.
  • No logbook entries could be created for global evaluation measuring points that only apply to this measuring point.
  • Export: In the “Cancel if already exists” upload mode, a file was always incorrectly detected as already existing, which meant that new files were no longer uploaded.

Version 5.4.12

24.09.2024

New features

  • Automatic export: You can now set how Sedrix should deal with pre-existing files. The standard setting is that nothing is overwritten, but rather a timestamp is added to the file name to make the name unique. Alternative options now include overwrite or cancel.
  • Automatic export: For export files you can now select an optional time prefix to make the export files unique.
  • Visualization: It is now possible to select additional map providers.
  • Publishing evaluation views: You can now preselect the standard time period for published evaluation views.

Changed functions

  • Rights: In the project tree and the list of folders/measuring points, only folders will now be shown which the user has the right to access. Previously all folders were shown, even ones which the user could not view.
  • Inclinometer measurements: It is now possible to zoom in diagrams, but only in the measuring point view.
  • Alerting: Previously a link to the project and the alert were attached to all alert notifications. This is no longer the case, but is instead done with corresponding variables in the alert text. These links were automatically inserted for existing alert definitions so that the process does not change. However, it is now possible to remove these links if, for example, the alert messages are intended for users who do not have a SEDRIX account.

Fixed bugs

  • By entering an invalid year it was possible to set the time filter in such a way that logging in was no longer possible as an error was caused. This is now prevented.

Version 5.4.11

15.08.2024

Fixed bugs

  • General: An error has been corrected and it is now possible to open the Edit view of a newly created user straight away.
  • Vibration measurements: When carrying out a CSV export of events, any defined filter is now taken into account.
  • Vibration measurements: An error has been corrected, and the user-defined specification of a diagram aspect ratio that deviates from the default is no longer prevented.

Version 5.4.10

07.08.2024

New features

  • Individual evaluation views can now be published and can be reached via a special link without logging in. A license is required for this feature.

Changed functions

  • The note that the selected SmartFilter period contains a change to/from daylight savings time is now only displayed if hours are also displayed.
  • Vibration measurements: In the Devices channel view, the “Channel assignments” table is now also displayed when it is empty.

Fixed bugs

  • Rights: An error was fixed that led to missing rights for users.
  • Reports: The order of the tabs in an evaluation view is now the same on the web as in reports.
  • Inclinometer measurements: The heading that automatically expands in the web measuring point view to include the time and name of the measurement displayed in the table can now also be found in reports.
  • Inclinometer measurements: An error was fixed that caused the duplication of inclinometer measuring points with assignments to fail.
  • Vibration measurements: If a vibration event with the option “Hide background data” was hidden, it was possible that the interval data still showed the event when exporting.

Version 5.4.9

12.07.2024

New features

  • Inclinometer measurements: In the legends of deformation diagrams, the difference of the measurement in days is now shown along with the date and name of the measurement (as in GLNP).

Changed functions

  • All diagrams: The parameters to specify the aspect ratio of a diagram have been revised. Instead of being set via a single numerical value, the aspect ratio is now specified using two whole numbers, the width of the diagram and the height of the diagram, just like e.g. format specification for screens.
  • At the same time, the automatic resizing of diagrams to fit the available space in the browser window has been improved so that diagrams are automatically displayed as completely as possible without scrolling, regardless of the format (portrait or landscape).
  • Inclinometer measurements: The date of a measurement is now consistently displayed on the user interface rounded to the nearest day to take account of the usually low measurement frequency, followed by the name of the measurement in brackets.
Exception: The measurement times in the “Date” column of the “Measurement” table in the import measuring point views will still be displayed to the second.

Fixed bugs

  • Inclinometer measurements: Diagram legends were missing in reports.
  • Tachymeter measurements, “Measuring points” table: Sorting by the “Last measurement” column has been corrected.
  • Tachymeter measurements, “Assignments” table: Sorting by the “From” and “To” columns has been corrected.

Version 5.4.8

28.06.2024

New features

  • Measuring point channels can now be displayed (again) in the visualization.
  • Inclinometer measurement: In a deformation table it is now possible to display the deformation relative to the previous measurement.
  • Seismic measurements: third-octave diagrams of a seismic event can now also be exported as CSV tables.

Fixed bugs

  • When duplicating measuring points, not all properties were copied (e.g. tolerance interval).
  • If many logbook entries were to be displayed in a diagram, it was possible that some were not visible.
  • Seismic measurements: When hiding large numbers of events, it was possible that not all interval data was hidden.
  • Seismic measurements: There was a discrepancy in how interval data diagrams were displayed on the web and in the report.
  • Saving changes to a visualization sometimes failed in Firefox.

Version 5.4.7

07.05.2024

Fixed bugs

  • Vector graphics within a register were not displayed
  • Date format in timelines of charts on the web and in reports is now more standardised and takes more languages / regions into account
  • When remotely accessing the web interface of a Menhir measuring device, the correct version was not displayed after updating a device.
  • When creating synthetic blast events, the wrong parts of an existing event may have been used.

Version 5.4.6

10.04.2024

Changed functions

  • In the language selection, the heading has been changed to “Language & Region” to make it clear that not only the language is selected, but also the region. Changing the region affects in particular how numbers and dates are displayed.

Fixed bugs

  • Under certain circumstances it was possible that the automatic export stopped working at the end of the month.
  • The max values were missing in interval data diagrams in reports.
  • The pages did not load correctly for browsers in Italian.

Version 5.4.5

14.03.2024

New features

  • When creating a new assignment, it is no longer necessary to set an end for the existing assignment beforehand. This is now done automatically.
  • New “Blasting table” evaluation. In contrast to the previous blasting tables in reports, this evaluation can also be used in the evaluation view of a measuring point. The table cannot yet be parameterized and is currently in a test phase.

Changed functions

  • The suggested standard texts when creating alert definitions have been revised and the name of the project has been added in most places.

Fixed bugs

  • There was an error in the blasting table for ÖNORM S 9020. The relative values of VSS 40312 were displayed in the relative values column. However, if this standard was not configured within the measuring point, the values were shown as 0.
  • When importing inclinometer measurements in xml format, an error could occur under certain circumstances if the description of the measuring point was empty.

Version 5.4.4

14.02.2024

New features

  • Importing Sisgeo data is now possible. Because the various Sisgeo export formats do not specify the relevant unit, the channel names must conform to a certain convention if units are to be recognized correctly. Alternatively, the data can still be imported and the unit must then be set manually when creating a measuring point assignment.
  • Exporting third-octave band data is now also possible for all three axes simultaneously.

Changed functions

  • XMR and BMR files are no longer processed immediately, but are first added to the inbox queue as with all other data sources.
  • For user-defined threshold values, the variable “fMax” is no longer the maximum of the three dominant frequencies, but the dominant frequency of the maximum peak.
  • Gap detection in diagrams can now also be switched off for vibration measuring points.

Fixed bugs

  • It was possible that a measurement with an inclinometer probe was not imported if it had already been imported once and then deleted again.
  • An error had unfortunately crept in to the new function that allows you to filter event tables and vibration statistics by trigger mode. Under certain circumstances this led to some events being omitted in the report and on the web, although all events should have been displayed. This applied above all to common trigger events and those that were triggered manually. “Normal” events were not affected and were always displayed.
  • Under certain circumstances, it was possible that the online status of a measuring point was considered OFFLINE, although the associated data source was ONLINE.
  • It was possible that not all events were displayed when “Last available data” was displayed.

Version 5.4.3

11.01.2024

New features

  • When creating a blasting entry, it is now possible to create a vibration event that corresponds to the blast. This is created from existing events.
  • Deleting “blasting events”
  • The event table and vibration statistics can now be filtered according to the type of event. These options are available:
All, “Common trigger” events (Menhir only) and created events (blasting, see above)

Changed functions

  • Changes since export with the “Since last export” mode:
The end date of an export is no longer set as the time at which the export was carried out, but the last exported time stamp. Moreover the status of an export is set as “Failed”, if no data is exported.
  • The legends Min, Max and Average are now also displayed in vibration statistics.
  • If you wish to set a certain alert definition as the new standard value, you are no longer required to first deselect the old alert definition.
  • When hiding events, all background channels are set to 0 – previously this was only the case for peaks and vector sums.

Fixed bugs

  • When changing the time period of a measuring point assignment, the times in the log entry were false.
